What we are best at

Our Clinical Psychology Services

Services for Employers
Current pressures in an age of austerity and a need for increased productivity have placed a high level of pressure on employees, which can have a direct impact on business performance.  This has led to companies having to support a sometimes stressed and fatigued workforce. These difficulties can then lead to employees being less productive, enjoying their work and personal lives less and ultimately, on occasion, taking time off on long-term sickness absence.
Services for Adolescents
The adolescent service is for young people aged between twelve to sixteen years old. I understand that this is a time of many different transitions and changes and is often a time when young people can begin to experience a range of psychological and behavioural difficulties. I have experience of working with young people and I provide evidence-based treatments, such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
Services for Adults
The adult and older adults service is for anyone aged over sixteen yearsI experience of working with people across these ages and I provide evidence-based treatments, such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desinsitisation and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR) for a range of difficulties and this will be done following a comprehensive assessment and an agreement on the goals that a person would like to work towards.
