Our adolescent service is for young people aged between twelve to sixteen years old. We understand that this is a time of many different transitions and changes and is often a time when young people can begin to experience a range of psychological and behavioural difficulties. Our clinicians have experience of working with young people and we provide evidence-based treatments, such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) for a range of difficulties and this will be done following a comprehensive assessment and an agreement on the goals that a person would like to work towards in their life.

Anger

Depression

Bi-Polar Disorder

Phobias

Social Anxiety

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

Eating disorders including Anorexia and Bulemia

Trauma and abuse including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

Low Self-Esteem

Chronic Pain/ Chronic Fatigue

Grief and Loss
